Our Wonderful Weekend

So I know that I posted "Happy 4th of July" a bit early. But I guess I was just too excited. Just wanted to do a little update. Well A LOT of updates. We enjoyed our 4th of July. Sunday, we decided to take Abigail to the Butterfly Museum <3. She loved looking around, it was pretty humid in there so we didn't stay long. But she loved looking around. It was great. We also tried putting her in her Jumperoo I think last Friday? Lol, she loves being in it but still a bit too small but likes the concept of standing up. Anyway, Then Monday, we decided to stay home and relax. I love relaxing with my family! It was the best 4th of July EVER! Spending it with my baby girl <3 Around 7:30-8ish, we decided to take Abby to go see the fireworks in Katy, TX. She looked at it for a bit in the car but loved looking around at other people more! LOL

She loves when I baby wear her! She hates her Stroller AND Car Seat when she's in the store with me. We've had PLENTY of baby tantrums at check out lanes! I currently have 2 baby carriers and I LOVE this one the most (Its the cheapest one). I'm contemplating on getting another one since I love it and she does too!
Today wanting to sit up and look down at something! Holding her prized possession Sophie <3

"I love starring at my mommy!!"

I have purchased so much within the past week or two. My DH thinks I'm crazy!! LOL! But as much money as I save from couponing and building my stock pile (I have so much health/hygiene, toliettres, etc in my towel pantry closet), I spend the money saved on things for her. So much for saving. ;)

What are you favorite toys/things purchased for your LO ladies? I'm trying to build a toy stash/stock pile for her also! :)

  1. She is GORGEOUS! :) I love picture posts!

I have 2 boys, so some of the toy stuff is a little skewed from me! But if you're looking to buy toys ahead for when she's older, I'd suggest toys that can covert from a push along toy (to assist when walking) to a riding toy! My ODS is 3 1/2 and still is using it to "drive" around our house! We also got some killer deals from Ikea on a little table and chairs and an easel both of which are still used on a daily basis!!
