Day 5: Whatever you want - 30 Day Photo Challenge

Day 5 is a picture of whatever I want. Now this one's a bit easy. But I just don't want to post ANY picture. I want to post a meaningful one (well lets make it two) :)

This was a couple of weeks before I went into labor. The day of my baby shower. It was our last time as just another person in the world. We were going to enter parenthood and we were going to actually be important and part of someone so special to us in life. This was the last time we slept in late, put ourselves first, and did whatever we wanted to do and traded it for sleepless nights (well kind of not really lol), diaper changes, bottle feeding, and baby-cries.

I have a lot of people ask me "Is it hard? Are you tired? Your so young to have a child". If you say 22 years old is young then I wonder what people would say if I had a child at 17 or even 18 years old? I don't think it matters how young or old you are. You can be any age and you can STILL be the best parent EVER! So I think that's a huge misconception on other peoples part.

These two pictures are dear to me because the first one...was part of my baby shower game and this was just so memorable of Abigail's father and I. We had so much fun that day and I will NEVER forget it! I am so blessed to have such a great man in my life and now I have a wonderful daughter that we can both watch grow!
The second picture really made me feel sexy at 33 or 34 weeks pregnant. I felt good and looked good which is rare for me at times. LOL! This was the last time I would ever be lonely again.

I love my daughter Abigail Skye and I wouldn't trade this life for anything!
